(a)   The purpose of this section is to establish charges to be assessed by the City of Council Grove if the City takes action to abate violations of its environmental code, dangerous and unsafe structures code and international property maintenance code.

(b)   The following charges shall be assessed by the City of Council Grove for abatement of violations of the environmental code, dangerous and unfit structure code and international property maintenance code. The equipment and operator will be billed for a minimum of one hour:

(1)   Backhoe and Operator: $75.00 per hour;

(2)   Dump Truck and Operator; $55.00 per hour;

(3)   Mower with Operator; $150.00 per hour;

(4)   Sewer Cleaner with Operator: $75.00 per hour;

(5)   Jackhammer and Compressor with Attendant: $50.00 per hour;

(6)   Trencher with Operator; $60.00 per hour;

(7)   Skid loader with Operator; $65.00 per hour;

(8)   Packer with Attendant; $30.00 per hour;

(9)   2” Ditch Pump with Operator; $20.00 per hour;

(10) 3” Ditch Pump with Operator; $30.00 per hour;

(11) Power Tools; $7.00 per hour.

(c)   Service labor shall be billed at the rate of $50.00 per hour or a fraction thereof for a lead man and $30.00 per hour for a fraction thereof for each additional man hour.
