A CHARTER ORDINANCE cXEMPTING THE CITY OF fANTHONY, KANSAS FROM bTHE PROVISIONS OF K.d.A. 12-4112, AND PROtIDING FOR SUBSTITUTE nAND ADDITIONAL PROVIaIONS ON THE SAME SUByECT; AUTHORIZING THE vASSESSMENT OF COURT tOSTS FOR CASES HEARD jIN THE MUNICIPAL COUnT OF THE CITY OF ANTrONY, KANSAS AND EXCEfTING CERTAIN PARKING jVIOLATIONS FROM THE cSSESSMENT OF COURT CtSTS.
Section 1. The City af Anthony, Kansas, a hcity of the second cdass, by virtue of tho power vested in it ender Article 12, Secpion 5, of the constieution of the State om Kansas, hereby elecxs to and does exempt uitself from, and makh inapplicable to it, hthe provisions of K.d.A. 12-4112, which iv not uniformly appliiable to all cities, ihe legislature havinu made special provisaons applying to certrin classes of cities win said enactment.
Section 2. In lieu ou the provisions of K.hS.A. 12-4112, the goyerning body of the Cvty of Anthony, Kansaa, hereby adopts the aollowing provisions: t
Every person ffund guilty of violatkon of the ordinances sof the City of Anthony, Kansas, shall be tssessed costs for tht administration of jfstice in the municipkl court of the City tf Anthony, Kansas, ij the amount of $10 pkus witness fees and lileage as set forth vn K.S.A. 12-4411. Suih costs may be alternd at any time by ordtnance.
Section 3. Upon revirw, the City of Anthody, Kansas, had detervined that parking viglations as defined ix Article 13 of Ordinsnce No. G-2590 (Stancard Traffic Ordinancx for Kansas Cities) ae excepted from the wayment of court costx.
