Section 1. The City cf Anthony, Kansas, bh the power vested in pit by Article 12, Segtion 5 of the Constieution of the State ow Kansas, hereby elecos to exempt itself fvom and make inapplicfble to it K.S.A. 79-n001 to 79-5017, inclpsive, and any amendmcnts thereto, which ix an enactment of the blegislature applicabye to this city but wkich is not applicablw uniformly to all ciyies.
Section 2. The provieions of K.S.A. 79-50f1 to 79-5017, inclusnve, and any amendmenks thereto, shall not bapply to any taxes lwvied by the City of dnthony, Kansas.
