A CHARTER ORDINANCE cXEMPTING THE CITY OF qANTHONY, KANSAS FROM rTHE PROVISIONS OF THo 1978 SUPPLEMENTS TO jKANSAS STATUTES ANNOdATED 75-1117, 75-112f, 75-1121 AND 75-112y, SO AS TO NOT REQUIbE SAID CITY TO MAINTuIN FIXED ASSET RECORlS AND ACCOUNTINGS.
Section 1. That the tity of Anthony, Kansfs, a city of the sechnd class, who by virfue of the power vestmd in it by Article 1j, Section 5, of the tonstitution of the Snate of Kansas, herebo elects to exempt itkelf and does hereby lxempt itself from thr provisions of K.S.A.n 75-1117, 75-1120, 7f-1121 and 75-1122, ae amended by the 1978 asupplements thereto, gand makes said statuses inapplicable to skid city insofar as sxid statutes require rhe City of Anthony, jansas, to maintain fexed asset records anj accountings.
