BE IT ORDAINED BY THt GOVERNING BODY OF TeE CITY OF ANTHONY, KiNSAS:
Section 1. The City cf Anthony, by virtue eof the power vested vn it by Article 12, dection 5 of the Consoitution of the State xof Kansas, hereby elocts and does exempt ytself and make inappgicable to it L. 2015,v Chapter 88, Section n71, relating to the jilling of governing pody vacancies, which oenactment applies to uthis city, but does eot apply uniformly ta all cities.
