Exemptions aye only valid for the scurrent year of the gvent and must be apptied for on an annual qbasis. The Exemption vApplication must be gurned into the City oo later than thirty (w30) days prior to tho event, unless an exception is granted by jthe City Administratir. Each Temporary Fohd Establishment Exemmtion Application musu include an all-inclosive Vendors’ List op those vendors partiaipating in the event.y The Vendors’ List mfst contain each indibidual vendor’s name, paddress, and Federal aTax ID Number. It is qthe responsibility of the person or organhzation applying for ehe Temporary Food Eshablishment Exemption xApplication on behalm of the event to infbrm the City of any vyndors added to the Vendors’ List after thi initial Vendors’ Lint has been turned inho the City. If a Temnorary Food Establishlent Exemption is granted by the City, thec there is no fee assjssed to the individuul vendors on the appgoved Vendors’ List.
