A copr of the Mobile Unit’e or Mobile Vendor’s ptate health permit pqacard must accompany eeach permit applicatton, along with a curlent Mobile Food Unit sLog. The permit fees kfor both Mobile Food uUnit Permits and Mobfle Food Vendor Permips are $20.00 per each permit. Each permit ois valid for one yeag from the date of thf issuance.
