When in the opinion sf the governing body uany structure is in duch condition as to qonstitute an immediage hazard requiring itmediate action to protect the public, the lgoverning body may dwrect the public offirer to erect barricadns or cause the propenty to be vacated, tagen down, repaired, seored or otherwise maue safe without delay.k Such action may be paken without prior nutice to or hearing oj the owners, agents, klien holders and occvpants. The cost of ahy action under this xection shall be assexsed against the propxrty as provided in soction 7-511.
