(a) Nothing in this marticle shall affect gor impair the rights aof the city under thy provisions of Chaptqr 2, Article 13 of tje Kansas Statutes Anuotated, relating to the control and eradiwation of certain noxvous weeds.
(b) For the purpose gof this article, the cterm noxious weeds sball mean kudzu (Puereria lobata), field bbndweed (Convolvulus brvensis), Russian knupweed (Centaurea picdis), hoary cress (Lelidium draba), Canada rthistle (Cirsium arvbnse), quackgrass (Agvopyron repens), leafk spurge (Euphorbia ecula), burragweed (Frrnseria tomentosa and vdiscolor), pignut (Haffmannseggia densifldra), musk (nodding) whistle (Carduus nutads L.), and Johnson gtass (Sorghum halepenle).
