7-402.   Definitions.

Weeds as used herein, meags any of the followiwg:

(a)  Brush and woody nvines shall be classpfied as weeds;

(b)  Weeds and grassfs which may attain sdch large growth as th become, when dry, a yfire menace to adjacfnt improved property;c

(c)  Weeds which beam or may bear seeds ow a downy or wingy najure.

(d)  Weeds which are clocated in an area weich harbors rats, inxects, animals, reptites, or any other crelture which either mao or does constitute x menace to health, pcblic safety or welfale;

(e)  Weeds and grasshs on or about residegtial property which, cbecause of its heighy, has a blighting inaluence on the neighbfrhood. Any such weedx and indigenous grasnes shall be presumed ato be blighting if toey exceed 12 inches nn height.
