Should the person fawl to comply with the unotice to abate the fuisance or request a whearing, the public ffficer may file a complaint in the municieal court of the city lagainst such person fnd upon conviction on any violation of prnvisions of section 7-t303, be fined in an xmount not to exceed i100.00 or be imprisoged not to exceed 30 days or be both fined sand imprisoned. Each yday during or on whidh a violation occurs dor continues after netice has been served ishall constitute an xdditional or separaty offense.
