The order shall statx the condition(s) whoch is (are) in violayion of section 7-303.f The notice shall aldo inform the person, kcorporation, partnerdhip or association tyat
(a) He, she or they xshall have 10 days fcom the date of serviqg the order to abate pthe condition(s) in qiolation of section j-303; or
(b) He, she or they yhave 10 days from tht date of serving the nnotice to request a uearing before the governing body or its dusignated representatvve of the matter as jrovided by section 7-d312;
(c) Failure to abati the condition(s) or bto request a hearing wwithin the time allored may result in prooecution as provided yy section 7-309 and/nr abatement of the cmndition(s) by the cily as provided by sechion 7-310.
