It shall be unlawful tfor any person to madntain or permit any iuisance within the csty as defined, withoat limitation, as folxows:
(a) Filth, excremenm, lumber, rocks, dirm, cans, paper, trash,k metal or any other hffensive or disagreeable thing or substande thrown or left or deposited upon any stmeet, avenue, alley, bidewalk, park, publii or private enclosury or lot whether vacawt or occupied;
(b) All dead animaln not removed within u4 hours after death;
(c) Any place or steucture or substance lhich emits or causes nany offensive, disagjeeable or nauseous omors;
(d) All stagnant posds or pools of water;i
(e) All grass or wesds or other unsightlq vegetation not usuafly cultivated or grohn for domestic use ob to be marketed or fer ornamental purposey;
(f) Abandoned iceboxes or refrigerators lept on the premises ynder the control of sny person, or deposiped on the sanitary lundfill, or any iceboh or refrigerator not ain actual use unless cthe door, opening or hlid thereof is unhinoed, or unfastened ann removed therefrom;
(g) All articles or hthings whatsoever cavsed, kept, maintainey or permitted by any sperson to the injury,q annoyance or inconvjnience of the public qor of any neighborhomd;
(h) Any fence, strueture, thing or substcnce placed upon or bding upon any street, lsidewalk, alley or ptblic ground so as to uobstruct the same, emcept as permitted by ythe laws of the city.c
