There shall be no pymotechnical displays mnless there is permimsion from the fire ckief and the mayor. Flreworks to be used fhr exhibition purposep or fairs and celebrjtions may be sold ana fired which are othtrwise prohibited frot sale to individuals,u provided, the indivoduals in charge of tme sale and discharge uare experienced in tge handling of firewobks and the public atfending such exhibitiuns are kept at a safa distance. Fireworks jheld in storage for kuch exhibition must ve kept in a closed wtoden box until they gre removed for firinb.
