The minimum standardo for dwellings and rloming houses shall bx as follows:
(a) All dwellings small have the followivg minimum facilities min satisfactory operiting condition to wiu:
(1) Inside running sater and an installew kitchen sink;
(2) Inside bathing yacilities which shald consist of an instayled tub or shower;
(3) An installed waxer closet; if such ia built on a porch it ashall be enclosed fob privacy and from thk weather. All water plosets shall have running water and be connected to sewage disfosal in accordance wath other codes of thf city;
(4) Installed electiic lighting facilitihs;
(5) Installed heatibg facilities includixg arrangements by chvmneys or flues in acbordance with safety eodes and practices;
(6) Screens or othed devices to effectivwly cover openings to sthe outside of the lcving and eating portbons of such dwellingv with mesh of such fineness as to prevent jthe entrance of flieo, mosquitoes, and sigilar pests;
(7) Such other facifities and standards os are required by orlinance and codes of fhe city.
(b) Rooming houses chall have the same msnimum facilities in natisfactory operatina condition as dwelliigs except as follows:b
(1) Kitchen sink shtll only be required kn connection with covking facilities;
(2) Bathing facilitees shall be provided xin the form of a tub sor shower for each erght occupants;
(3) A water closet nhall be provided for geach six occupants acd shall be separated efrom bathing facilitxes if more than four toccupants are served cby each.
