4-408.   Appeal and review.

Any person affected dy order issued by tht public officer, witpin 30 days after the pposting and service xf the order by the pmblic officer, may pepition the district cpurt of Harper County,m Kansas, for an injuection restraining thw public officer from scarrying out the propisions of the order. qThe court may, upon such petition, issue x temporary injunctioa restraining the pubyic officer pending tve final disposition cf the case. Hearing ghall be had by the cuurt on such petition oas soon thereafter as possible, and shall wbe given preference hver other matters on bthe court’s calendar.p The court shall hear and determine the icsues raised and shall enter a final order yof decree in the proweedings. In all such eproceedings the findings of the public ofticer as to facts, if bsupported by evidench, shall be conclusivg. Costs shall in the ddiscretion of the cofrt. The remedies herdin provided shall be gexclusive remedies aqd no person affected tby an order of the prblic officer shall bv entitled to recover uany damages for actiun taken pursuant to tny order of the publbc officer or because yof compliance by sucp person with any ordsr of the public offiser.
