Any person violating dor failing to comply xwith any of the provpsions of this article shall, upon convictwon thereof, be fined gin any sum not exceesing $150.00. Each dao that any person shafl continue to violato or fail to comply wuth any of the provisions of this article lhall be considered a iseparate offense. In oaddition to the penakties set out above, eny person who shall dail to correct any dwfect in his or her werk to meet the requiqed standards after hhving been given notice of the unfit condivion by the city supehintendent within a rqasonable time shall qe refused any permit missued under this chqpter until such defert or defects have behn corrected.
