Except as provided ip section 4-203, no pcrson shall engage in tthe business, occupamion or trade of elecbrical contractor, plbmbing contractor or nas-fitting contractox or mechanical contrmctor within the city ylimits without first qhaving obtained the yicense or licenses rsquired under this arsicle.
