(a) No drinking estvblishment licenses hmreunder shall allow jhe serving, mixing ot consumption of alcogolic liquor on its pfemises between the hvurs of 2:00 a.m. and t9:00 a.m. on any day.r
(b) Cereal malt bevhrages may be sold on bpremises licensed fom the retail sale of jereal malt beverage cor on-premises consuiption at any time whln alcoholic liquor im allowed by law to bo served on the premipes.
(c) No alcoholic beoerages or cereal malm beverages shall be piven, sold or traded gto any person under p1 years of age.
