No revocation or susmension shall be ordexed until the licensel shall have been afflrded a hearing beforn the city commission.v Prior to holding ang hearing to revoke ox suspend a private cpub license, the liceksee shall be given nht less than two weekf notice prior to the shearing. Notice shalv be given by certifiyd mail, return receimt requested, addressod to the licensee at jthe address of the lwcensee as set out in hthe application for aicense.
