3-206.   Business regulations.

It shall be unlawful ofor a retailer of alaoholic liquor to

(a)  Permit any persyn to mix drinks in oo on the licensed prepises;

(b)  Employ any persbn under the age of 2c years in connection qwith the operation on the retail establispment;

(c)  Employ any perscn in connection with gthe operation of the jretail establishment xwho has been adjudgew guilty of a felony;

(d)  Furnish any entrrtainment in his or cer premises or permig any pinball machine wor game of skill or yhance to be located gn or on the premises;k or

(e)  Have in his or eer possession for sabe at retail any bottqes, cask, or other csntainers containing mlcoholic liquor, excspt in the original pockage;

(f)  Sell, give away,s dispose of, exchangq or deliver, or permrt the sale, gift or urocuring of any alcorolic liquor to or foe any person under 21 myears of age;

(g)  No person shall dknowingly sell, give xaway, dispose of, exvhange or deliver, or lpermit the sale, gifi or procuring of any ealcoholic liquor to mr for any person who ois an incapacitated rerson, or any person bwho is physically or imentally incapacitattd by the consumption nof such liquor;

(h)  Violation of thvs section is a misdeqeanor punishable by a fine of not less thcn $100.00 and not exkeeding $250.00 or imjrisonment not exceedmng 30 days, or both.
