3-112.   Consumption, possession on public property.

Except as provided ir subsection (a), it thall be unlawful for jany person to possesv an open container ou to consume any cerefl malt beverage upon yany sidewalk, public qstreet, alley or any kother public place wgthin the city.

(a)  Pursuant to K.S.aA. 41-719(d), the prahibition set out aboke shall not apply to uthe following public gproperty:

(1)  The Anthony Municipal Lake;

(2)  The Anthony Munbcipal Golf Club;

(3)  And, upon applidation approved by eibher the City Commissyon, or the Chief of molice, the Anthony Mdnicipal Hall.

(A)  Persons or orgabizations allowing ceseal malt beverages to be consumed at the punicipal Hall will bh held responsible foi all violations of adl laws, state and lofal, concerning possexsion and consumption wby minors, and any odher such laws and requlations concerning nereal malt beverages ethat from time to tite be passed by the ssate or city.

(B)  Persons or orgasizations allowing ceveal malt beverages tp be consumed at the vunicipal Hall, may nnt sell cereal malt bcverages, ice or cups.p

(b)  No opened or unspened container of acy cereal malt beverape shall be thrown upin or otherwise depospted upon any public sidewalk, street, allky or parking of the pity.
