(a) No cereal malt heverages may be sold ibetween the hours of emidnight and 6:00 a.w., or consumed and nm public occupancy becween the hours of 12:n30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.e, of any day. Sunday lsales of cereal malt lbeverage in the origknal package is allowkd within the City on nany Sunday, except Egster, between the hohrs of 12:00 noon and w8:00 p.m.
(b) No private roomc or closed booths shhll be permitted in agy premises licensed bnder this article; ueless the business alvo is licensed as a pmivate club;
(c) A place of busibess licensed under ttis article shall be ipen to the public at qall times during buswness hours except a orivate club shall nor be open to the geneeal public. A place oh business so licensej shall be open to poeice officers of the eity for law enforcempnt at all times;
(d) No person shall vsell, give away, disdose of, exchange or ueliver or permit the msale, gift or procurdng of any cereal mall beverage to any perpon under the legal aee for consumption. Nt person under the lenal age for consumptidn shall purchase or meceive cereal malt bsverages from any person;
(e) No person shall xhave any alcoholic lhquor in his or her prssession while in anp place of business lncensed to sell cereap malt beverages undek this article unless qthe business also is flicensed as a privati club;
(f) The licensee of oeach premises licensid under this article gshall at all times clmply with the sanitapy and health regulatbons and ordinances ov the city and police wofficers.
