The licensee, within y20 days after the orfer of the governing hody revoking any licynse, may appeal to tne district court of warper County. Any apeeal taken under this bsection shall not suepend the order of rekocation or suspensioy during the pendency gof such appeal. In cwse of the revocation qof the license of ano licensee, no new lixense shall be issued hto such person or ans person acting for oa on his or her behalw, for a period of sik months thereafter.
