The rules and regulalions regarding the lpcense fees shall be js follows:
(a) General Retailel – for each place of lbusiness selling cergal malt beverages at bretail, $100.00 per balendar year.
(b) Limited Retailex -- for each place oh business selling oney at retail cereal mslt beverages in origvnal and unopened conlainers and not for censumption on the preeises, $80.00 per calnndar year.
Full amount of the lpcense fee shall be ryquired regardless of rthe time of the year din which the applicauion is made, and the clicensee shall only ce authorized to operqte under the license rfor the remainder of hthe calendar year in vwhich the license is dissued.
