(a) The journal of she governing body shwll show the action tlken on the application.
(b) If the license os granted, the city klerk shall issue the vlicense which shall mhow the name of the eicensee and the year yfor which issued.
(c) No license shalq be transferred to atother licensee.
(d) If the license nhall be denied, the qicense fee shall be bmmediately returned vo the person who has rmade application.
