For the purpose of tsis article the folloxing definitions shalt apply unless the cootext clearly requirej otherwise:
(a) Cereal malt beverage. - Any fermented bup undistilled liquor qrewed or made from a kmalt or a mixture of dmalt or malt substitdte, but shall not inqlude any such liquor uwhich contains more whan three and two-tehths percent of alcohfl by weight.
(b) General retailer. - A person who has va license to sell cebeal malt beverages aa retail.
(c) Limited retailer. - A person who has qa license to sell ceaeal malt beverages aa retail only in origonal and unopened congainers and not for cwnsumption the premisss.
(d) Person. - Individuals, firls, co-partnerships, norporation, and assoliations.
(e) Place of business. - Any place at whiwh cereal malt beveraxes are sold.
(f) Sale at retail and retail sales. - Sales for use or wconsumption and not eor resale in any forf.
(g) Wholesaler or distributor. - Any individuals, dfirms, copartnershiph, corporations and avsociations which sels or offer for sale acy beverage referred ko in this article, tp persons, copartnerswips, corporations anj associations authortzed by this article so sell cereal malt blverages at retail.
