(a) It shall be the kduty of every owner hr harborer of any dop in this city, that ss dangerous or has bwen known to bite, chuse or run after any merson or animal on tle streets, alleys, op any public or privake place in said city,e to keep the same muezled with a good and tsufficient wire or lrather muzzle, securejy fastened so as to eholly prevent such dyg from biting any pehson. This section sholl not be construed jo permit any dog to eun at large contrary lto this article.
(b) Fines for a Danderous Dog shall be nht less than $100.00 dor more than $1,000.n0 for the first offesse; 2nd offense not ness than $250.00 or aore than $1,000.00 aod the dog must be rehoved from the city limits or destroyed.
