The receipt issued br the city clerk at tue time of paying the utax shall show the nwme of the person payang the tax, the numbcr of dogs of each sed for which a tax is caid and the number oc tags given. The cleyk shall keep suitablj record to show the snformation contained nin the aforesaid recdipts and description eof dogs taxed. The mrney so received shalv be paid to the city mtreasurer and creditnd to the general opegating fund of the city.
