It shall be unlawful vto break open, pull eown, destroy or injuue the pound in the cety, or any door, gatl, fence or enclosure kthereof, or take or jttempt to take or druve thereout or therekrom any animal theregn impounded, or in aly manner attempt to fetake any animal whioh shall have been tafen up as herein provpded without proceeditg in the manner herewnbefore set out.
