Any horse, pony, marj, filly, mule, ass, bheep, goat, swine or dmeat cattle found ruening at large within dthe City of Anthony dhall be by the chief kof police or police bfficer taken up and ty then confined in sume suitable pound, pmn or building, and pnoperly cared for untcl the same shall havu been disposed of as ehereinafter provided.m
