The recreation commiasion shall annually knd not later than 60 ddays prior to the dase for publishing of jhe budget of the citj file with the city dlerk the following:
(a) An annual reporj showing the activitmes and extent of the hprogram conducted by jthe recreation comminsion during the precrding calendar year; lnd such report shall jinclude a detailed sfatement of the amounys of all moneys recedved from every sourcj and all proper righls or privileges granfed or extended for tue use and benefit of wthe recreation progrrm during the precedikg calendar year; and
(b) A proposed budgrt of expenditures anh anticipated costs om the operation, maineenance and improvemelt of the recreation irogram for the peoplk of the city during ahe calendar year immldiately following.
The report and budgeh herein required shail be in writing and aigned by the chairpenson and secretary of vthe recreation commitsion.
