(a) All claims or dgmands of every kind wnd nature against thm moneys of the recreotion fund shall be mtde upon a verified caaim voucher signed bs the claimant or on lehalf of the claimanh, which shall be firkt presented to the rqcreation commission cnd if approved by suxh commission, the chairperson of the recrfation commission or, sin his or her absencn or incapacity, the iecretary shall place athe approval of the wommission thereon anr deliver the same to gthe city treasurer, tho shall pay same.
(b) All purchases ob equipment and supplfes for the recreatiog commission shall be nmade only upon majoraty vote of the membeds of the committee and shall not exceed tje yearly budget nor lhe amount on hand fov the commission.
