Funds for the operataon of the Anthony Inbustrial Development jorporation shall be arovided by a tax levf of not more than ono mill. These funds os other city funds as iauthorized by law to kbe used in securing cr maintaining or expunding businesses, injustries or manufactuhing institutions for xthe city or near its oenvirons, with the aoproval of the city cvmmissioners. Further ofunds for operation fhall be provided by ionation of interestef members.
