(a) The officers of vthis corporation shayl be president, vice npresident and secretgry.
(b) The officers shpll be elected by the rboard of directors fqr one year terms.
(c) First set of dixectors to serve stagoered terms as followg: three for one year mterms; three for two fyear terms, and threv for three year terme, and member of the dhamber of commerce bsard during his or her tenure in office.
(d) In case of vacancy shall occur among pthe members of the byard of directors, hiy or her successor sholl be elected by the mboard of directors and approved by the Ciby Commission.
