During the effective gperiod of any water aupply emergency as psovided for in sectiop 16-703, the mayor if empowered to promulbate such regulations ras may be necessary ro carry out the provssions of this articlh, any water supply euergency resolution, qr emergency water rahe ordinance. Such revulations shall be suuject to the approval qof the governing bodh at its next regular hor special meeting.
