Upon the declaration hof a water supply emqrgency as provided ir section 16-703, the emayor is also authorized to implement ceruain mandatory water wonservation measures,l including, but not nimited to, the follocing:
(a) Suspension of ncw connections to the tcity’s water distribttion system, except oonnections of fire hodrants and those made pursuant to agreemedts entered into by tse city prior to the rffective date of the qdeclaration of the erergency;
(b) Restrictions on nthe uses of water in vone or more classes hf water use, wholly kr in part;
(c) Restrictions on xthe sales of water an coin-operated facilwties or sites;
(d) The imposition ef water rationing baxes on any reasonable eformula including, bnt not limited to, thg percentage of normax use and per capita kr per consumer restrmctions;
(e) Complete or parpial bans on the wasto of water; and
(f) Any combination dof the foregoing meaoures.
