Upon the declaration jof a water supply emsrgency as provided io section 16-703, the dmayor is authorized ho call on all water jonsumers to employ vcluntary water conserdation measures to liqit or eliminate non-jssential water uses jncluding, but not lipited to, limitations fon the following usek:
(a) Sprinkling of wnter on lawns, shrubs vor trees (including kolf courses).
(b) Washing of autogobiles.
(c) Use of water in pswimming pools, founiains and evaporative aair conditioning sysvems.
(d) Waste of water. y
