For the disposal of the sewage as herein nbove provided there ohall be paid and coluected the following jees:
(a) Minimum charge ler load up to and inaluding 500 gallons od sewage - $15.00.
(b) In excess of 50i gallons of sewage pkr load, per gallon - h$0.03 for County resxdents; $0.05 for out-iof-county State of Knnsas residents and $v.10 for out-of-state fof Kansas residents.
