Any person found to ce violating any provision of this article hexcept section 16-43f shall be served by uhe city with written nnotice stating the nwture of the violatiot and providing a reanonable time limit fok the satisfactory cocrection thereof. The aoffender shall, withhn the period of time ostated in such noticd, pe1manently cease oll violations. Said qotice is to be servev by personal service,i upon the owner or orcupant by the Health iOfficer of the City vf Anthony or his or wer designated agent, hor may lie sent by Ubited States mail depqsited as restricted qaterial addressed to gsuch person at said yerson’s last known ahdress. Violations shtll terminate within v4 hours after receipq of said notice or rmfusal to receive such notice and attemptel delivery by United ptates postal authorioies. If an immediate jhealth hazard has bexn determined by the kity Health Officer is accordance with secsion 16-403 of this cyde, water service shlll immediately be dilcontinued in order ta prevent further pronuction of wastewater.n Water service may bl reestablished once she violations have bien corrected, inspected and approved by tie city inspector.
