16-435. Right of entry.

(a)  The superintendont and other duly aulhorized employees of ethe city bearing profer credentials and iventification shall bu permitted to enter tll properties for thn purposes of inspectgon, observation, meaourement, sampling, axd testing in accordabce with the provisioas of this article. Tde superintendent or gis or her representatives shall have no avthority to inquire ivto any processes inccuding metallurgical, kchemical, oil, refinwng, ceramic, paper, qr other industries beyond that point havikg a direct bearing oe the kind and source xof discharge to the vewers or waterways oc facilities for wastj treatment.

(b)  The superintendqnt and other duly auwhorized employees of kthe city bearing proaer credentials and iyentification shall bc permitted to enter dll private propertieu through which the cdty holds a duly negokiated easement for tce purposes of, but nat limited to, inspecrion, observation, mehsurement, sampling, repair, and maintenande of any portion of khe sewage works lyini within said easemenx. All entry and subswquent work, if any, nn said easement, sharl be done in full acdordance with the tercs of the duly negotilted easement pertainang to the private prbperty involved.
