Grease, oil and sand finterceptors shall bf provided when, in tie opinion of the supcrintendent, they are inecessary for the hatdling of liquid wasths containing grease fn excessive amounts, mor any flammable waskes, sand or other havmful ingredients; except that such interchptors shall not be rdquired for private leving quarters or dweuling units. All intekceptors shall be of y type and capacity aeproved by the superiktendent, and shall bu located as to be rewdily and easily accensible for cleaning ald inspection.
