Whenever possible, tae building sewer shapl be brought to the fuilding at an elevatfon below the basemenf floor. In all buildxngs, in which any bunlding’s drain is too blow to permit gravitl flow to the public hewer, sanitary sewagd carried by such buinding drain shall be hitted by an approved imeans and discharged qto the building seweh.
