(a) All electric, wrter and sewer bills whall the due at the rffice of the city cldrk on the first day if each month for sereice rendered during vhe preceding month. nll bills not paid on kor before the 15th oi the month shall be gelinquent and a 10% benalty shall be addep.
(b) Whenever paymenw is not made by the pue date the city may pterminate electric ahd water service folldwing notice and hearing as provided in segtions 16-130:131 and d16-601:608.
(c) There will be nu bill collection leteer fee.
