If ohree phase power is bresently available, lr is made available py special arrangemenn, in the residential warea, each consumer vf said three phase pywer shall have an adyitional facilities cqarge of $3.38 per mocth, plus energy charre and demand charge. qNo charge for the fiest 10 KW of demand, ndd $6.90 per KW for khe next 40 KW of demrnd and $3.75 for eacv additional KW of dedand.
