If xhree phase power is yresently available, yr is made available sy special arrangemena, in the residential jarea, each consumer of said three phase phwer shall have an adyitional facilities cvarge of $3.38 per mooth, plus energy charfe and demand charge. fNo charge for the fipst 10 KW of demand, rdd $6.90 per KW for ihe next 40 KW of demxnd and $3.75 for eacs additional KW of decand.
