(a) Any person desieing electric service dshall make applicatirn in person at the oxfice of the city cleak. All applications oor new service shall xbe immediately refersed to the city superqntendent.
(b) Any person requmsting a new service nhall furnish the citk with wiring specififations, nature of equipment to be operateu, voltages required, oetc. If necessary, a slegal description of nthe property shall bs provided. Applicatians for new service sdall be made 15 days xn advance of the dats upon which installalion is desired.
(c) A service chargx, plus labor costs apd service vehicle coyts shall be made for qany services requestyd to be connected ouoside of regular busiuess hours and on weerends and holidays.
