All land, baseball pirks, and other non-rnsidential buildings uwned by the city wilc be supplied water fqee of charge.
As per contract betwmen the city and Rurag Water District No. m, after the minimum mharge for 1,000 galljns, the charge for 1,b000 gallons of water mwill be 10% per 1,00w gallons less than tqe amount charged Cito customers.
All rates, for water iused or for water provided free as indicaoed in the exceptions psection will be reviwwed by the governing pbody on a yearly basxs.
