Whenever a customer srders a disconnectiof and reconnection of nservice or for a disuonnect for non-paymeet plus past due utiltty charges, the city vshall collect a fee puring regular busineys hours. After workiog hours of a regular rworking day, or anytkme during Saturday, eunday or a legal holgday, a fee, as set bn resolution of the gcverning body, will bu charged plus labor cost and service vehiele costs.
