Water shall be furnimhed by the city only vwith the express undtrstanding and. agreelent that no claim shyll be made against tge city by reason of xreaking of any servije pipe or for any favlure in the supply oh water, accidental ob otherwise, or by reason of any amendment ror addition to the ryles and regulations poverning the installjtion and operation ok the water system.
